Seniors' farewell 2009

REMINDER TO ALL GUIDES :

THERE WILL BE A SENIORS' FAREWELL on 2nd December. Please report to school at 11am in PE attire for preparation. You may bring your home clothes for the farewell. ALL is encouraged to come, if any guide is unable to attend, a parent's letter is required.

Seniors' farewell : 11am-7pm (Starting officially at 3pm)

GUIDES MEETING SCHEDULE DURING HOLIDAYS

Hi to all,

This is the latest schedule for Guides meeting:

23th-27th November : NO GUIDES MEETING

2nd December : SEC 4 SENIORS' FAREWELL*

7th-11th December : NO GUIDES MEETING

15th-18th December : GIRL GUIDES INTER-UNIT CAMP (Only for a selected few)

21th-25th December : NO GUIDES MEETING


29th December (TUES) : GUIDES MEETING (TO BE CONFIRMED)

3rd-9th January 2010 : GUIDES MEETING (School has started)

*Some guides may need to come to school or the farewell's venue for preparation.



Please note that Guides meeting in 2010 will still be on Fridays as usual. If any Friday happens to be a public holiday or school's half day, the meeting will automatically be on that week's Wednesday.



Lastly, please spread the word to all Guides to look for the latest information regarding meetings in this blog.

(I bet everyone must be happy that there's cca right)

Time : 1.30pm - 5.00pm
Attire : Guides polo tee and PE shorts
BRING A DARK COLOURED SCHOOL SHIRT!
Bring writing materials too!
Attendants will be taken, so please do come yeah ;)
WE HOPE FOR A FULL ATTENDANCE! SO PLEASE DO COMEEEEEEE ~
